Reason for blockage of print head of DTF printer

In process of using large DTF printer, user sometimes encounters blockage of printhead. What is reason? how should I solve this? ​​

1. Liquid level of secondary ink cartridge is too high, lower secondary ink cartridge appropriately, and different adjustments can be made according to different batches of ink;

2. Voltage of printhead is too high, it is recommended to adjust voltage to normal working voltage of DTF transfer printer ;

3. If viscosity of DTF ink is too low, oscillate ink with a special ultrasonic wave for a period of time;

4. Ink deteriorates, just replace ink for large DTF printer.

5.Secondary ink cartridge is not cleaned regularly or filter has expired.
