Paper feeding is most basic part of large DTF printer to print pictures. However, when DTF printer is used for a long time, there may be a situation that pet film does not travel. So what is the reason and the solution?
Stepper motor in DTF pet film printer controls paper feeding. Once stepper motor fails, it may cause problems with paper feeding of DTF printer. When DTF printer does not move pet film, we can check and troubleshoot from these three points.
1. Stepper motor failure. Entire paper feeding process of large DTF printer is driven by stepper motor. When stepper motor fails, such as damage to motherboard, sensor failure, etc., it will cause DTF printer to have problem of stepping and not feeding film. At this time, motor needs to be checked, maintained or replaced.
2. Paper feeding system of DTF printer is abnormal. Under normal circumstances, when there are sundries blocking paper on paper feeding platform of DTF printer, DTF printer will have a problem of not feeding pet film; in addition, when paper feeder of DTF printer fails and does not work, it will also cause DTF printer to feed abnormally. . At this time, it is necessary to check lower paper feeding system, clean up abnormal links and replace faulty parts.
3.Pressure roller problem. Function of press roller of large DTF printer is to ensure that pet film is flat and not skewed. However, when platen roller does not rotate or is pressed too tightly, it will also cause printer to not run smoothly, or even to prevent film from feeding. At this time, test to see if there is any problem with pinch roller, and adjust or replace it in time.
